MARS is an all-Wales system provided by Health Education & Improvement Wales and funded by Welsh Government to facilitate the appraisal and revalidation of doctors.

Did you know that Good Medical Practice (GMP) 2024 came into effect on 30th January 2024? The Revalidation Support Unit created a brief user guide to detail the updates on MARS that were implemented on 18th March 2025.
